A gang sheet lets you pack multiple designs onto a single DTF (Direct to Film) transfer sheet — maximizing every inch of space and your print budget. Instead of ordering one transfer per design, you combine logos, names, numbers, and graphics into one efficient layout and pay by sheet size. It's the smartest way to order when you have several designs to press at once.

📐 Sheet Sizes & Pricing

All sheets are 22 inches wide. Length increases as you add more designs to your layout.

🎨 When a Gang Sheet Makes Sense

• You have 2 or more different designs to press in a single order
• You're running a spirit wear order with various player names, numbers, or logos
• You want to stock up on several transfers at a reduced per-design cost
• You're doing a small run and don't want to pay full price per individual transfer
• You need a mix of sizes — small pocket logos alongside full-back graphics

📁 Accepted Artwork Formats

• PNG (preferred) — transparent background, 300 DPI minimum
• PDF — vector or high-resolution
• PSD / AI — accepted with layers flattened or outlined fonts

⚠️ Low-resolution JPEGs and files under 150 DPI will not print cleanly. If you're unsure about your file, reach out before ordering and we'll check it for you.

📋 Layout & Proof Expectations

• Use the Gang Sheet Builder at the top of this page to arrange your designs before checkout — no guessing required.
• Designs will print exactly as laid out in the builder. Leave a small gap between elements to allow for clean cutting.
• A digital proof is included with your order. Please review carefully — once approved, prints are final.
• We do not resize or reposition artwork after the proof is sent unless requested before approval.

🔥 Heat Press Instructions

• Temperature: 305°F (confirm with your specific garment material)
• Time: 15 seconds with firm, even pressure
• Pressure: Medium-firm
• Peel: Warm or cold peel — peel slowly at a low angle
• Press on a hard, flat surface for best adhesion. Use a pillow or platen for seams.

⚠️ Settings may vary slightly by fabric type and press brand. Always do a test press on a scrap piece before your full run.

🧺 Washing & Care Instructions

• Wait 24 hours after pressing before the first wash
• Turn garment inside out before washing
• Wash in cold water, gentle cycle
• Do not bleach or use fabric softener
• Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry
• Do not dry clean
• If ironing is needed, iron inside out only — never iron directly on the transfer

💡 Tips for Best Results

• 100% cotton and cotton-poly blends press best
• Pre-press your blank for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles before applying the transfer
• Nylon and waterproof fabrics may not hold DTF transfers well
